Read moreJaws is one of my favorite movies of all time, needless to say, this ride was at the top of my list. When we arrived to Universal’s main gates and read the sign that Jaws was down for refurbishment, my heart sank.
On the plus side, the Studio Tour still drives guests down the route they’d normally take you, so we were able to see Amity, the boat, and a shark figure hanging. I was appreciative of the fact that they didn’t skip this portion of the tour entirely since it was still cool to see, despite not having Bruce jump out at you!

But without the Orca, Ben Gardner's boat and George the fisherman (In the small boat), it is too short and boring! I don't like the new fuel station pyrotechnics, but I like the fog effects on the dock, where the shark fin goes toward the police boat.
