Krusty Burger — Restaurant in West Hollywood

We stopped here near the end of the night during NYE to have a place to sit for a while and get away from the cold and crowds. There was hardly any seats here, but once other customers vacated, we took over that spot. We ordered fries to share and were eating that while watching a show on my phone. One of the employees came up to us and said "you're not going to let anyone else sit?" I was taken aback at this, because he only said that to us when we had food and we're minding our own business at a table for two when there was single or couples that had been sitting at other larger tables before we even got there, no food just sitting there. At that point as well the restaurant had started clearing up and plenty more seats were available elsewhere, so It felt like we were targeted for no reason and left a bad taste in my mouth. I wish I had gotten that employees name so I could make a formal complaint. Someone like that shouldn't work in a customer service job where he's coming at...

So, this place had some ups and some downs. The line is deceptively long, probably about 10 minutes at least to order. I was surprised to see that (Although I prefer a hamburger) they had vegan and veggie burgers on their menu, and they also have a really good chicken caesar salad. I had the double cheeseburger (don't remember the name, something clever, but the only double on the menu, it was ok, too messy. None of the staff seemed like they wanted to be there. You have to pick up your food at a counter where they call out your name, with a hundred other people, standing there.This was hard because you're listening for your name, but the employee we had working was saying the names really quiet, not yelling, so we're all trying to crowd in. That kinda sucked, also took 10 15 minutes. Then you have to go hunt for a table after that. So, for a theme park, just about what I've come to expect. Slow, mediocre food, slothy staff, crowded. But they have beer...so,...

The real scoop….you can’t give them 5 stars it’s the principle bc it’s Krazy krusty burger….but you gotta give them 4…… I mean for as packed at this place is…..just one suggestion…..nothing against wearing a mask (your choice) but management shouldn’t have you in charge of yelling out peoples order numbers when their food is ready….give the poor girl some help….i mean they have 4 stations ordering food and take money…..

And just one person getting drinks ready and one lady handing out the food….. yes of course there’s a wait but yea of course the food was not great but it’s wasn’t bad meaning it was good…..fries fresh….burger warm and tasty we are at universal I’m happy they got it right and in a timely and orderly fashion….(get it no onion or something so they make it and it’s just not one already waiting in queue) like the hot dog we said just cheese for the kids ….
