I wanted so much to give this store a good review based on all of the other reviews It is the reason I chose to come to this store.. I'll start with they do have a huge selection. Being new to vaping I had questions which the employee I just had was anything but knowledgeable. I was told they were all the same. Apparently 5 minutes is to long to browse their very large selection and I was told to pick something he had other things to do. I was like excuse me? I'm new to vaping. He said you've been here for 30 minutes. Clearly not but okay.. Mind you when I walked in he was sniffing something in a bag or box on the counter so I'm guessing he's not too busy to let me browse. I said that's fine I'll leave you a review on Google and he continues by saying only bad customers leave bad reviews and he didn't need my $20.00. He then offered to go back and allow me to look a little longer. I said no I'm good I'll just leave you a review . I was sitting in my car answering a text before leaving and next thing I know he is taking my photo. I'm glad he will remember me now. Lol anyways If you're looking for variety and know exactly what you are walking in for they do have a great selection. However this dude was anything but good at customer service. From 5 to 3 stars. The customer service is lacking in a major way. The lady behind the counter seems to be put out but having to do her job. First time I was helped by her it was pretty unpleasant but hey people have bad days. Five experiences later and I can say it's more than that. The experience is always the same. Can't shake the feeling that she is just annoyed that she has to get up. I understand retail is not the most fulfilling duty one can partake in, but a smile and friendly demeanor is a minimum requirement. I would still say the store is still 3 stars do to selection and location. Possible 5 stars if you run into a different employee. I myself will be taking my business elsewhere. This is my new vape shop! They have a huge selection. I’m a manager at a warehouse and I help my guys out from time to time and grab quite a bit for them since I live near by. One day I went in and the were out of what I needed and a young lady named Lacey went out of her way and went to another location to grab it for me!
