I had the same experience three times. I went there two times too many. I can deal with a place if they are knowledgeable but off-putting or if they are lacking knowledge of their product but nice people. However, they have the unfortunate combination of not caring about their product or their customer. I will be driving the farther distance to Summit Liquor Store on top of the hill...
