After we picked up our cushions and got them home, we were immediately disappointed in the quality of the inside cushioning. It was not firm and when sat on, they felt like thin cushions. We were not happy but decided “they just don’t make things like they used to” and resigned ourselves to make the best of it. Recently, after not even using the cushions for a while between the heat and not having guests over due to Covid, we decided to have a small gathering outside, with social distancing etc. As people got up from their seats, you could see the squished area where someone had been seated and the cushion took a long time before it came back to shape. I was embarrassed. I called Antonelli’s to explain the situation and see what we could do to make this right. I was told that they “were surprised to hear my complaint because they never get complaints about the quality of the cushions and they stand by their manufacturer. Our experience with antonellis was great. We were looking for polywood furniture to have by the pool and antonellis is one of the few places in brevard that sell polywood. We were shocked by how many pieces that have in their showroom. The staff was very pleasant to work with and helpful with giving us quote for all the different options / configurations we were considering. The only problem was one of the table sets we ordered didn’t fit with the chairs. Seemed like a manufacturer problem however Antonellis went out of their way to rectify the situation for us and we are more than pleased with how it all turned out. Their customer service shows why this small family run company has been in business for so long. They are great and will definitely be turning to them for any future outdoor furniture needs. 10/10...
