I sometimes come to shop here for my grandmother. I came to get her some Prarie Farms milk, one 2% one red cap. All the red cap was all March 6th but likes to stretch necessities & only drink Prarie so we only got the 2% checked 3 other stores they were sold out & ended up coming back here to get it. After that I thought I'd go in shop for my family considering the peaceful atmosphere and the seemingly friendly staff. I go to the meat section considering burgers but changed my mind with shrimp and egg rolls on my way out I was accosted by a guy supposedly the security guard no uniform or anything just leaning on the metal thing by the door. He'd accused me of stealing said he didn't want to see my bags when I offered them then proceeded to put his hands all over me frisking my person front back sides I was furious. I left without a word didn't cause no incident. The "Guard" or whatever he was ruined my entire visit in less than a minute. I wouldn't recommend coming to a place where you're falsely accused cause I'm sure they have cameras for they safety of the consumers or product if he was security he chose not to check it and straight up bother me or he isn't even licensed...

Well i was looking for a u.p.s. drop-off location and this the only place I found in west memphis. Very easy and convenient to send a package. We'll once I was there i decided to buy a few groceries. Store has alot of specialty items. With meat and such and the meat looked nice and appealing to buy. And u dont get a sticker shock when u see the price. I liked the ole school way of having a bagger for ur groceries. Very polite staff and helpful at the Sametime. I will visiting the store again in the future...

The store overall is great but the cashiers don’t speak. Everyone lacks common courtesy. At times some of these cashiers look in the opposite direction when you are trying to give them money. That’s a managers issue. Every customer that comes through that door should be greeted and appreciated. If no customers come through that door, the business will fail and eventually close. Just my opinion. Some of these establishments will be closed in 5 to 10 years. Acknowledgment of customers should...
