My wife and I took our 2017 Chevy Impala that we bought from Century 3 Chevrolet into be serviced on October 2nd, 2019. We were told we had to take a loaner car because it would take a few days to service the vehicle - not a problem. We went to pickup the vehicle about an hour before they closed and when we got there we had to wait over a half an hour before anyone could 'help us.' Once we finally got someone it was an older erratic man who was already angry and agitated and was literally all over the place. He tells me, after I drove an hour there and would be about to drive an hour back home, that I would have to come back the next day because they couldn't find my car. Couldn't find my car? I said no way, I just drove out here after getting off work early and we were going to find my vehicle. So we walked from lot to lot and finally found the car. When inspecting it I noticed that it had scratches and joint compound (white chalky material) all along both sides of the vehicle and several of my tire rims were scraped - I was livid. The erratic older man tried to explain away the damage and I told him that I needed to speak to someone who was actually coherent and could fix the issue. Finally, I was handed off to a sales manager who took the car in to a garage and attempted to remove the scratches and joint compound. I wasn't satisfied and went back into the dealership only to be ignored and disrespected until I was told to call a number the next day to speak to a manager about getting the damaged fixed. I was quite angry but didn't see any alternative. To top everything off, as I was driving home I noticed that the vehicle was shifting gears roughly which had never happened before. My wife called the next morning and left a message explaining the situation. That was in October 2019. I myself called several times throughout October left messages but never heard back. Is this how they treat a playing customer? I still have not heard back nearly 3 months later and feel completely outraged about being ignored and disrespected. They are quite reachable when you are prepared to purchase a vehicle but when they damage your vehicle they are completely unresponsive and assume you will give up - which I'm not. Century 3 Chevrolet has 24 hours to respond to me or I will be showing my 100,000+ instagram followers the damage they did to my vehicle and will be reaching out to WPXI - who I have formerly worked for - to show them the damage and explain the situation. Stay tuned, you will see this story on the 6PM news in the near future if they don't rectify the situation. I have attached photos so you can see what they...
Read moreI brought my car in on 10/11/22 because I thought I heard something loose underneath. I was told multiple things were wrong. I had to have both front lower control arms replaced, stabilizer links, a multi-point inspection, wheel alignment, deluxe fuel induction, and my cabin and air filer replaced. My total was $1539. The next day my check engine light came on. I called on 10/17/22 to alert them my check engine light was on. They are now saying my flex pipe is cracked and I need a catalytic converter as well. When I questioned if this could have been damaged during all the repairs Erin stated it could not. It was also listed on my paperwork "customer hit something and damaged flex pipe". How can an accusatory statement such as this be legally written on my paperwork? My husband and I called to discuss the matter and Erin hang the phone up on us. I don't appreciate how my situation was handled. I don't trust the staff there and am highly upset that this "cracked pipe" wasn't detected when my car was in the possession of the mechanics or that I was accused of hitting something. I was refusing to sign the the invoice because I didn't agree with the accusatory statement listed and Erin stated "Well, I cant give you your keys or your car." I own my car, I have a title for it, it is fully paid off, it belongs to me!! When we questioned if the pipe could have gotten damaged during the repairs on 10/11 Erin also stated "I mean the car is 10 years old!" Im disgusted with the entire situation, I may not be a mechanic, but I am a professional in my field. I am able to identify horrible customer service, poor documentation, and disrespect. I purchased my vehicle with chevy and not to mention I spent $1500 on repairs not even a week ago. If I had questions about "the additional repairs" which totaled another $464 it should have been addressed in a respectful manner. Im wondering if the flex pipe and catalytic converter were the problem from the beginning and all of the other repairs were done to rip me off. I wont ever recommend century 3 chevy to anyone nor will I ever purchase another car from them. Once this issue is resolved with my car I will be finding another place for service. If this is the standard of which you treat your customers I rather not be a part of it.

Read moreCar was brought in for annual inspection, technician that serviced my vehicle removed the battery prior to running emission test which resulted in me being unable to get my stickers that day. Dealer stated I wasn’t going to be charged for the inspection or emissions, wow a savings of $60 because my inspection is included yearly and has been as was included with my vehicle purchase. Wasted half my day off, then additional time contacting the dealership and Chevrolet attempting to get resolution, which was not acknowledged or made right. Now I am stuck driving an illegal vehicle trying to put the 150 miles on it required to be able to get the inspection, the only thing the dealership has done to try to make it right is tell me they will pick up the car and drop it off once I put 150 miles on it, which yes saves me from driving it out there and back, but honestly I am nervous about even doing that as the dealership doesn’t seem to value it’s customers or their time, who knows when my car will be returned if I let them take it. I have absolutely no trust in this dealership anymore which is a shame because my last 3 vehicles have been purchased here, but I am not even a mechanic and know that you don’t remove the battery prior to running the emissions test, not sure what type of technicians/mechanics are employed at this location, but perhaps refresher trainings are in order. I work from home and barely drive my vehicle so putting 150 miles on it is very difficult and honestly I shouldn’t have to waste my gas and risk being pulled over and ticketed due to the negligence of Century 3 Chevrolet, as I cannot afford to have to fight a ticket and waste more of my time off from work to do so. I will never bring my car back here once this inspection situation is resolved and despite being a loyal GM customer since the age of 16, will not be purchasing another GM affiliated vehicle ever again. I am considering trading this vehicle in and saying forget the inspection and will take my business to a company that values its loyal customers and works to rectify any issues their employees cause, instead of a company that offers nothing but excuses and a lack of...
