This has been the worse customer service. Never answers phone calls, no return messages, and everything is done by a text. Taking 2-3 hours to respond, if even responding. They had my car on July 8th all day and couldn’t find anything wrong with the anti theft or the vehicle itself, so i paid the $185 + diagnostic fee. The 9th got stranded after work and the after hour customer service lady gave me a trick to by pass the anti theft and it worked, I got home. The 10th stranded after work and had the vehicle towed to KIA. It was then the communication was bad. It was taking forever for a response. I finally got we can’t find anything wrong. I called KIA corporate and was told if they can not find anything wrong with the vehicle they are supposed to put a tech ticket in and they don’t see one. At 2:30 pm Friday the 11th I asked about the tech ticket and no response till 10:47 am on Monday morning saying they found the problem. I asked them to put my car together, I’m having it towed to a mechanic so I can get it fixed and back. They say their service hours are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8-5 and Tuesday & Thursday 8-7, and they left every day at 5. If you don’t mind them having your vehicle for almost a week and them not communicating with you, then go there. But I work and...
Read moreWorking with the Century 3 Kia Service Center was a colossal waste of my time. From the very beginning making my appointment online, I was met by a rude voicemail stating that the appointment time I chose was not appropriate for the service I requested. None of this was indicated on the website. I agreed to drop my car off the night prior. All communications are done via text and I was rarely able to reach someone via phone. I received a text quoting me for the diagnostic and later a text saying they are "still working on my vehicle." Hours later, I called for a status update during their posted business hours. No answers via phone or text. I did not get a response until the next day, a text stated that because I did not "consent" to the diagnostic charge that they never started work on my car. I was never asked for consent and the texts never indicated that I needed to "approve" anything to move forward. At this point, I decided that if the communication was this bad, I don't want this service center touching my car. I will take my car literally anywhere else, and I would not buy or recommend someone buy a Kia from...
Read moreI was vacationing out to Kennywood from Delaware and my car started feeling weird and not working right. I called Century 3 because they were the closest to where i was. Chris said i could drop my car off and they would diagnose it in the morning. I dropped the car off and they ended up checking it that evening because the check engine light did come on. I received a phone call with not the best news, i needed a new engine. Chris got all of my paperwork submitted very timely and was approved for an engine replacement under warranty. I did have to rent a vehicle which will be refunded since it was under warranty (just didn't know at that time). We finished our trip and headed home, i got a call a few weeks later saying my car was ready for pick up. Where i live this type of work would have taken probably about 8-9 months at my Kia. I was updated when they received the parts and that they just had to get the other engines ahead of mine done first. I picked my car up over the weekend and it seems to be running great! Very happy with how everything went & Chris's customer service...
