DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE!
I went to the drive though last night (9/29/16 4:30p) and i got a kids meal which consisted of a Chicken Egg Roll and Chow Mein, the Plate option for myself which consisted of Pepper Chicken, General Tso's and Steamed Veggies and an Extra Chicken Egg Roll. I went through the drive through got the food and it didnt take long and everyone was very polite. i had maybe a 10 min drive home and when i arrived home and opened the kids meal first to prep and split between my kids i found the food to be at room temp. The chow mein noodles were not very warm, dry and hard. neither one of my kids wanted to touch it. i gave it a taste and found it had no taste and like i said not even warm. i then gave my son and egg roll and my daughter and egg roll. when i cut it i found that it was not very warm and looked liked everything was coated in something white. (I am assuming flour from what it was cooked it) but they were flavorless but crispy. My son didnt even entertain the idea but my daughter was great and gave it a try (she LOVES egg rolls) well after the 3rd bite she said no more. This was the first time i didn't mind either of them saying NO to the food. Then it was my turn. First off i ordered STEAMED VEGGIES! Not raw hard cold veggies. i should have pulled out some ranch dressing that is how hard they were. As for the Pepper Chicken is was alright AFTER i got past the gristle in the chicken. Every 3rd bite i had to stop and pick something out so i eventually gave up. The General Tso's was ok, not a ton of flavor, no spice at all but i ate it because i was hungry at this point.
Please save your money do not go there normally i give everything a second chance but after spending $17 on food that none of us liked and i cant even say mediocre i will not be going back. I also never write reviews on places but i had to because i don't want to see this happen to other people. I am a stay at home mom and we are on a fixed budget so places like this is a fun thing for us to do and i'm not into wasting money on garbage. I will stick to our local joint and Aldis has better frozen Egg Rolls and General...

And my experience on 12/26/24 was no different.
I came to order 3 plates. When I arrived I had to ask for the Honey Walnut Shrimp to be replenished as there were only two left. After about 15 minutes they were finally ready. I try to place my order for the second time only for the to not have enough super greens to complete my three orders. So now I’m told I will have to wait another 10/15 minutes. After 15 min return to the line inquiring about the status of the super greens only to find out that no one was told to cook any!!
The most upsetting part of my visit today was that my interactions were with the manager on duty, Jeff. He showed no sense of urgency or empathy towards my 30+ minute wait. And while he proceeded to ring up my transaction I kindly asked for a complementary fountain drink for my wait. That request was met with a blank stare a charge for the fountain drink.
Then to top it all off, when I returned to my hotel I discovered that the rice was under cooked and crunchy! I had to finish cooking it in the microwave.
I don’t like writing negative reviews but this could have easily been avoided had the manager been on top of his game. Over 40 minutes in wait time for menu items that should have been on the line, under cooked food, lack luster customer service from management and ZERO accountability. Not one apology for my wait time, missing menu items or inconvenience.
I hope this is not a reflection of the best practices for...
Read moreAs someone who eats at Panda weekly, here's the lowdown: Use the coupon on the receipt. Once you get a receipt, do the quick survey and get a free entre. Saves 1.50 each time you go. Turns a 10 dollar bigger plate into a 8.50 dollar plate.
Broccoli beef is mostly broccoli which is why the name says broccoli first. It's like 60 broccoli 40 beef.
They have white and brown rice in a rice cooker, so if you want something healthier than noodles or fried rice, just ask. I usually get white rice, super greens (the veggies), and some non-breaded entree like string bean chicken or firecracker shrimp. Plenty of healthy options. It shows on the menu what is wok smart, which is pandas way of saying "not breaded or deep fried".
Spring rolls are WAY better than the egg rolls. Not that the egg rolls are bad, but the spring rolls are just better flavor is all. That's my opinion.
If they tell you itll be a few minute wait for the fresh entree to be made because they're currently out of it, wait the few minutes. Their food is so good and 3x as good when fresh out of the wok.
I come to panda once or twice a week after going to the gym. Protein grains and veggies. Perfect. Never...
