I gave ONE star..It wouldn't let me put NO stars because it's a fire hazard at this store. While I was shopping you could hear other customers complaining how difficult it was to shop in the isles. You have Great products but thinking you should have chosen a different location so that all the items, customers & carts would fit appropriately. There's no flow in the isles, which only allow 1 shopping cart in them...had to leave my cart at the end of the isle to go into them. Bumping into other customers along the way throughout the store while shopping. Checkout was horrible as well, Alize, the poor cashier; I felt so sorry for her because when I asked her how to exit the store because there where products blocking the exit. She said, to exit through the checkout next to her, and go through the store. She apologized for my inconvenience, but NO customer should have to go back through the store to get out of it, that's ridiculous. After my experience I stood at the door to watch other customers do the same as i just did. TAKE AWAY THE ITEMS FROM THE CASHIERS AREA SO CUSTOMERS CAN EXIT EASIER. It would make for a better shopping...
Read moreGood and bad experience. The Good: Alot of items and good prices for known brands. Store was accessible for parking and at grade level, which made it easy to enter/exit. The Bad: The store is a mess and so many aisles were blocked with merchandise that it is hazardous to navigate. I had flip flops on and had to be extra careful walking around as there was so much clutter. Second ridiculous situation: because of the clutter, the aisles are difficult to navigate. A worker was stocking socks along a wall. I tried to pass with my cart behind her, accidentally tapped the cart (NOT HER) and she screamed "I've had it with everyone knocking me over", threw down the merchandise and stomped away. It was insane! I apologized for hitting her cart (barely tapping it), but she was already in a full lather. It was so psychotic and immature that I wanted to ditch my cart and just leave. Between this incident and the mess, it was ovewelming. I did not expect beautiful displays and luxury, but this is beyond. Watch out if you are in anyway limited in mobility merchandise sticks out, is laying mid-aisle and...
Read moreIf youâre looking for Covid-19, youâre likely to find it here! Nobody paying attention to occupancy, no effort by the company to support social distancing other than a green âXâ on the floor to show you where to stand if youâre the next customer to pay.
I went on a Sunday and it was a free-for-all. Lines winding around the store only for other customers to jump in front of you because no employee cared to provide direction. A manager was called up front and then he went back to what he was doing out of sight. I was lucky to find an employee wearing their mask properly over their mouth AND nose.
Iâm not even going to get into the merchandising of this chaotic store. Yes I do understand what typical Ollieâs merchandising practices, but this was a disgrace.
During these crazy times, not only is it unacceptable to stack AC units 7-8 feet tall waiting to fall on someone, but efforts need to be made to prevent the spread of the virus during this pandemic.
There is no deal in that store that will ever get me to return to this horrific location. Good luck to this store,...
