Mattress Firm Century III — Hotel in West Mifflin

When i first walked in i told the guy my price range was 500 and he showed me 2 beds. But then he talked me into getting a credit card and because I have decent credit i got a 4000 credit. I asked about the tempur pedics because i have scoliosis with rods in my back. The men were rude to me after i made a purchase. They lied to me about the returns. Who in the heck charges 100 dollars plus tax for delivery and 250 plus tax for one return. First time I got a full and since they offer a 300 dollar gift they gave me a matress protector then when they sent me the mattress that felt like a cloud in the store but it was hard as a rock a when delivered. After a week I couldn't take it. So I went for the softest bed and it got delivered, its been almost a month and it still feel like a firm. Also I shouldve gotten a gift but instead the guy wouldn't let me exchange the full mattress protector for a queen, since that was the only bed size available. The 100 dollar delivery count as the gift. Poor quality and custom service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. mattress warehouse right up the road has way nicer stuff and checper and no delivery charges. I spent over 5 grand and got treated terrible after I asked to exchange the mattress protector. Like seriously dude if someone spends that kind of money in the store they should get something. They also try to charge you hidden fees. Deceptive salesman, well at least the one who was not Kevin. They knew i was a single mom of 4 that lost her husband a cpl yrs ago too....

I stopped in the Tarentum store while staying at a shelter. Ray helped me pick out two twins beds for my kids and offered to extend a discount until I got moved into my new home. Due to my circumstances, that allowed me to move into my new home knowing I would have the funds to pay the movers and then go pay for the beds. They deliver them on this coming Tuesday. From the time I spoke to Ray and was able to go back and purchase the beds, Ray got a new position in a new store. He passed along my information to the store and when I called they knew all about my circumstance. Then due to my move, they allowed me to go to another store closer to me to purchase the beds at the same price I was quoted. My experience was wonderful! I want to thank mattress firm and especially Ray for reminding me that their are good people and good companies in this world that do still care about their customers!!! I have already referred a friend to mattress firm of which he bought a bed at yet another store. I will definitely be a repeat customer!!!! And my children will finally have beds to sleep in after a couple months of sleeping on air mattresses. Thank you again Ray!!!! Every company needs an...

My boyfriend and I visited the Century III store on a Saturday afternoon knowing we needed a new mattress, but nothing else. We were immediately greeted by Joe. He had a very good system for helping uneducated and indecisive customers like us figure out what we were looking for. Relatively quickly, we decided that we were looking for a medium level foam mattress. We tried a few of the mattresses and then it was time to talk price. We were able to find a mattress in our price range and a mattress protector at 25% off. We never felt pressured or rushed during our shopping experience. Our mattress arrived at our door on Monday, just two days later. Our old mattress and box spring were hauled away and replaced with our brand new ones. Joe warned us that since we are not used to the foam mattress, we may feel some soreness after sleeping for the first few weeks. I am happy to report that I woke up after the first night with no soreness. I am very happy with our mattress, the price, and our customer service experience at Mattress Firm Century III.
