Absolutely amazing!!! Great selection of clothes, shoes, and accessories! She even carries tween and plus size as well! The great customer service and friendly-Christian environment is what Caras Boutique is know for so well in not only west Monroe, but in NELA and the surrounding states. They have been recognized and won award (Best of the Delta, Warhawks Best, etc) for years on their clothes and shoes selections, but my favorite award that speaks volumes is the best customer service award. I know so many that travel from out of town to shop Cara’s! Amazing prices and quality- it’s not every day that you truly get both great deals and quality at boutiques. I love coming into this store and being greeted and helped with whatever I may need. I will forever recommend and shop Caras Boutique! Go by, you won’t regret...

I wanted to share my recent experience during my visit on Saturday, 9/13. I was looking for a homecoming suit for my daughter who is a plus size young lady. Before we got started we asked 2 associates if her size was available and was told yes. After standing and waiting for about 45 mins for this nice young lady to help, we were told to visit somewhere like Dilliard for her size and come back and someone there could style it. This was disappointing not only to me, but also to my daughter as well. I appreciate the helpfulness of your associate who were directed to assist in helping her. But I hope this can be addressed so that customers receive accurate information about product availability...

This place has become a real disappointment. As a plus size woman, Cara’s used to be the only boutique in town where I could go and find clothes that didn’t look like they belonged in a retirement home. But over the past year, they have decided that their plus size section is no longer important. 90% of the clothes there are the exact same top in different patterns. There are none of the cute styles that they offer to smaller bodies, despite the fact that they used to do so. I have never left a store feeling more discouraged than I did today.
