The Creamery of West Monroe — Restaurant in West Monroe

This is the worst place I have been in a long time. Ordered hamburger and the whole thing was crunchy. The waitress told us the cook was alone. I asked if fries came with the burger and she said no. I asked about the chicken strip kids meal, that my granddaughter ordered, and no fries with it. $4.29 for 2 strips! The waitress said I don’t make the prices and threw up her arms. We then ordered ice cream and my scoop was falling from the cone. She took it from me and turned it upside down in a cup! I told her I wanted it on a cone. Very poor workers and at one point the cook ran out the door into parking lot wearing his apron. He came back in about 5 min. It looked like he did something in his car. The food is always good but expensive. I really wish they would clean up the place. Last time I went with my coworkers and there was a roach on the torn back corner booth. Then when I went to check out they had another roach on the glass of where they keep the ice cream. The owner ,Jeff,is always just sitting by the kitchen doors. I wish he'd get the place cleaned up a little and get all the bugs out of there. They also had several on the windows, but I didn't notice it until I had already eaten. I did tell the waitress of their big problem. She said " hahah we're working on that". Then went to squish the roach, but it went under the ice cream thing. The store was gross!!! The floors are nasty look like they have never been mopped. The whole place just looks dirty. The salt and pepper shakers have never been washed. I would hate to see the kitchen ( if this is what they allow the guest to see) The restrooms wasn't much better no T.P and the paper towel dispenser was broke of course. My daughter has a dust allergy and we couldn't even finish our ice cream inside bc her eyes started watering and couldn't stop sneezing until we stepped outside.. when we did step outside to finish our ice cream on the outside bench ..
