Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in West Monroe

Let me start by saying I don't normally give bad reviews because I don't like to complain but I had an issue with this particular chikfila that was really inexcusable.

I'm running a weekend crew for a job and i had promised them chickfila breakfast. I knew it was going to be a large order (20 chicken minis, 20 hashbrowns) so I placed the order more than a half hour before arriving. AFTER I had arrived and AFTER they gave me confirmation and while I was stuck in the drive through line they told me they would have to refund the order.. needless to say I was not impressed. Especially considering they easily cooked that same amount of food during my wait in the drive through line. Which i was stuck in for at least a total of 15 minutes. If I had been in two cars and split the order I'm sure they would have made both, they just saw 20 orders and said "screw that". Thats poor service, poor work ethic and poor leadership. I've worked in customer service for over a decade so I know the difference between having the ability to do something, and having the will to do something. They did not have the will to do their jobs. It's that simple.

I still like chikfila,I will continue to eat at other ones but this one handled this order so poorly. If youre that busy maybe cancel before I get there, or don't let the charge go through at all, but it wasnt about how busy they were. now I look like a jerk to my entire team. Thanks

Btw I drove over to the place with the golden arches and placed a similar order with no lead time and they had it done in time and were just as busy as...

Chick-fil-A on Thomas Rd. in West Monroe was awesome as usual. I love the waffle fries and although I didn't post a picture of them, you can sure bet that I had an order. As a matter of fact, I ate the entire order of waffle fries dipped in Chick-fil-A sauce before I took a bite of my sandwich. The sandwich was the new "Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich. I'm not a huge fan of chicken sandwiches so you may wonder why then was I eating @ Chick-fil-A? Well, because of the fries and the salads. I have also tried the grilled chicken sandwich and I must say that when a sandwich of any kind is fabulous with no bun dressing or sauce of any kind, it's well worth eating and that was exactly my experience. The "Smokehouse BBQ Bacon Sandwich" was my first from Chick-fil-A that had any kind of sauce and it was wonderful. The sauce had just a tiny bit of a spicy kick and a nice smokiness without a lot of sweetness. I could only eat half of it after all of those waffle fries but I took the rest home to eat later. This location is the worst. Went there for breakfast last week. My burrito was COLD and gave me a yogurt parfait instead of fruit cup... Didn't have enough time to get my correct order. Went there today where they forgot my chicken wrap, luckily I did have time to turn back around this evening. The manager told me I had to call the corporate office to request the meal that I paid for that they forgot to bag??? Never heard of that policy before. Ridiculous. They also gave me 2 peach shakes when I specifically asked for peach lemonade TWICE. I cannot even drink milk so this is going straight in the garbage. Whoever is managing this location needs to get it together or go...
