Recently moved to Louisiana from California I've been involved in car audio since I was 16 I'm in my early fifties now. Went to their shop needed aftermarket CD player installed along with a couple of subwoofers put into a box and an amp installed as well period these knuckleheads plug the amplifier into the fuse link which is a No-No that could start a fire and Fry my electrical system they took the mounting hardware that was meant for my car stereo and used it to Mount the box bonehead move they didn't hook the deck up right instead of utilizing the right adapters a 2-1 RCA connector they chopped up some wires and jury-rigged at some kind of way which could have been done more professionally they do actually make adapters that go from one RCA into two the subwoofers they didn't even open up the holes in the box they inverted the woofers so they would slap against the wood affecting their sound quality my deck was never mounted they charged me for a dash kit which I never received my deck is basically just sitting in the dash avoid the shop they don't know what they're doing I'll be contacting the office of inspector general to have a little talk once again I understand this is a little town maybe they don't have many good shops here but this is ridiculous if you don't know what you're doing don't do it oh and by the way for the installation was $700 my dash trim panel was basically held in buy a wood screw that they screwed down the center the deck was never installed into the vehicle it just basically was sat in the middle of the trim panel the amplifier was hooked up but was never mounted to anything there are not enough superlatives to describe people that know nothing about car audio makes me wish I would have stayed in California. Additional update so it appears as if months later my GPS does not work because there was a SD card that came with the unit and these guys possibly may have kept the SD card...

Horrible window tint issues. I brought my car into this shop to have the windows tinted on 11/29/19. It had bubbles in it at first which is expected until it dries. after a couple weeks, I see some bubbles are not going away. One window was really bad. All other windows just have dirt specks here and there. I contacted this company to have the matter resolved. He proceeds to tell me that he will only fix the really bad window. He says it is impossible to get all the bubbles out. That is a lie. My other vehicle says it's possible. I called other tint places. It is indeed possible. I spoke with owner after they supposedly fixed that really bad window, we will see when it dries, about them not fixing all the windows. He continues to tell me he can't do the job because it's impossible. I said my other truck says different. My other truck was done by another shop. He says you may not be able to see it, but it's there. I said that right there is the difference. I can't see it on the other truck. I can catch the dirt on the vehicle you did with my finger nail. He continues to tell me to bring my other vehicle up there, and that if he can't find dirt, he will pay...

Wish I could give them 0 stars. I took my car at 8am on 9/20/19 and my daughters car at 10am on the same day here to have the windows tinted and that was a huge mistake. I have been back there several times for them to correct the air bubbles and they tell me it needs to dry. Well guess what? Woke up this morning and they are still there and my tint is peeling it looks like I had my car done under someone’s shade tree. When I paid 360.00 dollars for both cars. My daughters door panels were not properly installed back and they had to go to a body shop to have them installed back. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Looks like I will have to tie up my day again on Monday to see about getting this situation fixed. I will give you an updated review then. So here’s your warning stay far away...
