The store has the strictest return policy I've ever encountered: No refund or store credit after two weeks. There is hardly any privacy in the dressing room because there are no doors, it is just a thin curtain that does not go from one end of the wall to the other. It was so obviously not private that my husband stood outside of the curtain. Then on another visit it seemed like this design was purposeful because there was only me and one other customer in the store and the sales associate seemed to peer through the curtain as if to watch me. If the overly strict return policy and lack of privacy in the dressing room wasn't deterrent enough, I've purchased multiple items from their previously that I was disappointed with the quality of. Several items have high prices but are ruined after one wash, not because I failed to follow the care instructions, because I admit I have done that, but because the fabrics aren't durable..They're very few quality name brands clothes in the store which is deissapponting considering it's price point. There is a great selection of stylish shoes but there is never enough in common sizes (7-8). They're almost always sold out of size L in their tops and stock bright colors that appeal to a specific demographic. And one petty comment: The owner almost always has her dog in the store so enter only if you are an animal lover and are not allergic. I love a Yorkie but mine died last year and everytime I go in the store it makes me sad 😢 I told you it was petty but still...being considerate of others that have allergies, afraid of pets, cannot bring in their own animals, do bring in their animals and it doesn't get along with the Yorkie, kids wanting to touch it, it barks at...

I absolutely LOVE this women’s boutique! The owner, Jessica is so sweet and always VERY helpful! She will be completely honest with you about what looks good on you and is not just worried about making a quick sale. Today, She gave me advise about what to wear with the formal I purchased for a Mardi Gras Ball. She did not have shoes, necklace or a bracelet to go with my dress but offered her opinion about what I needed to look for. Her employees are also very helpful and professional as well. The store is well stocked and very well organized! I highly recommend this shop for formals, casual wear, professional work outfits, cocktail dresses, fashionable jewelry, ladies pajamas and women’s shoes! They even have some fun friend gifts! My husband always compliments me on the clothes I purchase from Eleven 26 so….. at Christmas, my birthday or other special occasions he shops for me at Eleven 26 with ease. Oh…. and several of my friends have purchased the cutest homecoming outfits and prom dresses for their girls from Eleven 26! I recommend this...
