Great quality and good prices but they lack in customer service BIG TIME! I stopped by this morning to buy a pound of cheese. There were two girls behind the counter and they saw me standing there but said nothing. I then asked a girl for help and she points to the other girl that was cutting fruit. That girl looks at me and IGNORES ME! There was another customer also waiting and after being ignored by these two workers, we both walked out went to the other Mexican grocery on the same block. The workers here need to be trained in basic customer service skills. I will continue to shop at the other store...

I stopped by to buy a crepe and they charged me twice !!! Girl behind the counter was laughing and they said they couldn’t do anything about it and manager would call me the next day. Moral of the story I never got...

Muy mal negocio, para empezar el manager no te escucha y no te deja hablar. En La carnicería tienen una música muy alta, no escuchan lo que el cliente pide,, así quien sea puede equivocarse. in cluso una doña pedía algo y no la escuchaban., conocidos míos me cuentan que les a pasado lo mismo,, hago este comentario con el respeto que se merecen pero al cliente se le atiende con devido respeto, un negocio sin clientes, no es...
