This was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. In the past buying a car was a bit stressful, very time consuming, and sometimes it would take several days. Going to the dealership looking around, waiting to see a sales guy to help you, sitting in his office, then moving to the finance office, and finish with the feeling that your getting ripped off. This experience was the total opposite. My first conversation with Santiago he asked me for an idea of what I’m looking for and what features are important to me. He sent me the link to his website to fill out my information and a little while later he sent me pictures and videos of a few different options from different car brands and broke down each of their features and price points. I told him which one I liked and he gave me an idea of the payment. I agreed he asked me what colors I would like and a few hours later he sent me pics and videos of the vehicles available. I picked it out and the next day he showed up with the car and paperwork to my home. I was surprised to see the monthly payment was actually less than what he had quoted me. I signed the paperwork and that was it. We went outside he was very patient showing me everything about the car inside and out. From the engine pointing out all of the main things that I should know about, to the inside features, to the trunk, and key. I was so impressed and he made me feel so comfortable that I couldn’t stop thanking him. The only thing he asked is if I’m happy, I can thank him with a review, which as you can tell I am more than happy to do. This is truly the future of car buying and I will recommend Santiago and NYC Auto to anyone I know looking for a car...

After my first conversation with Juan, he was thorough, honest, and confident in getting me the car I wanted. He handled my trade-in seamlessly, and I can honestly say that there was not much to do on my end.
