Cakes by Mia neverrrr disappoints -- I've used them for so many special occasions when I needed a custom-made Dominican cake and my guests and I have been satisfied every time. Their prices are quite reasonable and they are creative in designing a beautiful cake to match your theme or need. I literally emailed them a theme and they were able to come up with the perfect cake to match the theme each time. Most recently, we ordered a Dominican cake with tres leches filling and the cake was ready ahead of time. The staff is so pleasant and accommodating. I accidentally messed up one part of the cake and they were able to fix it without giving me any issues -- really appreciated that so much!! Thank you!!

I recently ordered a cake from Cakes by Damar for the first time, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The ordering process was straightforward, done through WhatsApp, and I was impressed by their responsiveness. They kept me informed and even contacted me as soon as the cake was ready, which I appreciated.

The taste of the cake was absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and truly satisfying. However, I’m giving four stars because the presentation was slightly underwhelming. While it wasn’t bad, it lacked the polished finish I was hoping for. It seems they might still need a bit more practice in perfecting their presentation skills.

I was looking for a cake for my wife’s birthday , specifically a Dominican style cake and found this place. I had recent experiences trying from other places but they weren’t up to my expectations so I decided to try this place out. I called and they were able to have my cake ready the next day.
