I am very disappointed in this florist. I called to place an order for flowers. I asked but lavender and purples as they are my SIL favorite colors. The arrangement was suggested to me but she would adjust the flowers to my request. The flowers arrived and the bow was the only thing that was purple. The flowers were mostly pink and white. When I called the manager, she was rude because I sent a review on their email before I called them and insisted that they followed my requests. My confirmation NEVER mentioned special instructions of lavender or purple flowers. According to the manager it was on my confirmation and they followed instructions. As a new resident of West Orange, I wanted to find a florist that would create and deliver a beautiful flower arrangement to my wife on our anniversary. Through my online search, I found A and K Floral Design to be highly recommended. I called and spoke with its cheery owner, Anya, to discuss my gift ideas. We soon realized that this beautiful bouquet would be ruined if delivered during normal business hours, leaving the flowers outside on a hot summer day.

I submitted an online order after office hours with a last minute request to have an arrangement delivered to a funeral the very next morning by 10am. I was unaware they opened only 30 minutes prior to when I asked for the flowers to be delivered by. Amazingly they were able to put it together and get it delivered on time! I also had the wrong recipient on the order (it was supposed to be the name of the deceased, not a family member), but they were able to work it out with the funeral home.
