I purchased a refrigerator here on Saturday 12/19 and told them that the max height could not exceed 69 1/4 inches. The person recommended me a great Samsung refrigerator I asked them if it met my dimension requirements, and they said yes. I asked them to measure it, but in the whole store that sells appliances they could not find a measuring tape. I do not know if this last sentence should be followed by a question or an exclamation mark. After I went home I still had second thoughts and called them back to make sure they had the right measurements. They reassured me they did.
On the following Monday 12/28 I received a call from their delivery guys (which by the way were super nice and I feel super sorry are employed with this organization).
Before they unloaded the refrigerator I asked them to double check the measurement because I looked at the dimensions of this refrigerator online and I thought it was not going to fit.
Sure enough the hinges of the refrigerator where too tall and the cabinet above the refrigerator would hit them if installed.
So before they even unloaded the refrigerator I asked them to take it back, thinking I can go back to the warehouse and choose another refrigerator that would fit (normal thinking right?).
Before I knew I received a call from this store telling me that it was my fault that the refrigerator did not fit, because if I measured the refrigerator without the hinges it would fit. (What???)
After 15 minutes they sent the delivery guys back to install the refrigerator and I told them it would not fit and I did not want it.
The store called me back and told me that they were not going to refund my order and that I had to pay at least a delivery fee.
So now I am calling my CC for a charge back as I am not going to pay for their negligence. (but wait...)
Within 30 minutes the delivery guys were back and told me that their boss told them to deliver the refrigerator no matter what and they could leave it outside my house if they had to. This is when I had to ask them to leave or else I would call the police.

I called and spoke with a male over the phone and explained what we were looking for a Washer/dryer set, the male explained to me that they offered financing for the new sets and also offered used machines at a discounted prices both offered with warranties. I was told to come to the store, when I arrived at the store, the store was empty. We walked around seeking help. I then called the number back and no answer (again we are standing in a hot non-air-conditioned store seeking help). I then had to call over to the other location in Lake Worth, someone answered and stated that they would call the person at this location, suddenly a Hispanic woman walks in and the male from my earlier call appears walking from the back, he appears agitated and begins talking to the woman who just walked in. I waited a few minutes and stated, "hey we were here first and that I had to call the other store and ask them to call you to come out". He then starts to assist us and everything that we spoke about earlier over the phone went out the window. He told me they were not offering financing at this time and only cash purchase, and to go to the Lake Worth Location (Which was closing very soon and far from the current store). We felt as if we were being discriminated against, why the sudden change? Such a lack of respect and unprofessionalism! We ended up just calling a repair service to fix our current washer/dryer. All of the financing signs were up, including a large painted sign on the front of the building that stated finance options, no credit needed, 100-day payoff. Horrible experience and...
   Read moreI woke up 2 days ok to the worst chemically smell coming from my freezer. I thought I could fix it. Come to find out. It would cost more to fix than buy a new one. Come to find out the compressor stopped working. Freezer was 50 degrees. I woke up so depressed thinking about all the food that went bad and all the food I had to throw away. I was referred to Ges appliances. So on a Saturday I went down to look at what they had. I was so amazed and happy to have stumbled across the perfect clean smelling store. It really smelled so clean in there. A young man came out to help me. He showed me different refrigerators and gave me all the prices right there. He was so knowledgeable. He was so nice and understanding. So patient with me on all my questions. Then the owner came in and was very busy loading more appliances on his truck. I could tell he was in work mode. But he took his time to come over and introduce himself to me and help me find what I was looking for. I picked out my fridge and he was so kind and generous. They really know how to make a customer feel appreciated!!! They even delivered same day. They are amazing and my hero’s. Thank you so much GES appliances!!
