Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Florida

I don't know who is the manager here, but where did they find the staff for Sunday November 6, 2016? I felt like the entire staff was on prison work release. The way the staff behaved was beyond disgusting. The one male employee was pushing his way through me and other customers and yelling and playing with the other staff members and throwing cups at each other while I was standing there waiting to place an order. Preschoolers behave better than this staff. THERE IS A REASON WHY MINIMUM WAGE WILL NOT GO UP AND THIS STAFF IS A PRIME EXAMPLE. This is not how you run an establishment. I saw the General Manager there during the week. The weekday staff is great and I have no problems at all during the week. Have the general manager go in on a Sunday to experience it, maybe just take a surprise visit. The place is a zoo. I take that back because that is an insult to the zoo animals who dont behave this disgustingly. My order was wrong. I know why it was wrong. It's because you have 10 people behind the counter playing. Then when I tell them its wrong, they look and treat me like a jerk because I am interrupting the same play time that caused them to get the order wrong in the first place. I've recently went here for the first time ever last week. I've never ate a bagel before until that day. My first visit, I went and asked for a chocolate chip bagel with nutella and asked them if they could please put slices of strawberries on it. They said they would charge me as a nutty monkey for it and also asked if i wanted nuts. I said no thank you and within 2 minutes i got bagel. It was beyond amazing and the service that day was great. They could tell it was my first time and were willing to make it a pleasant experience and they did!

I decided 3 days later to go back before work and buy the same bagel. I asked for the same item and the crew told me that they don't serve that. I explained to them that just a few days ago another crew made it for me and they told me they are not supposed to and will have an employee meeting about this then the manager started bashing some guy on how she doesn't know how he still works there and he's always taking wrong orders. But, they day i ordered my first bagel was an all girl staff that day. I ended up getting a bagel with nutella only and it took 10 minutes, the place was empty, and they kind of tossed it at me. If i don't see any of the girls that helped me on my first visit, i wouldn't bother to go back to...

I come to this location a couple of times a week and get the same thing. There is no consistency, everytime I come here it's a hit or miss. If I pay for additional items such as avacado, or a different bagel for a sandwich or even ask for no meat I expect that especially if I'm paying for it. Not only that I always tip because I understand working in customer service people aren't always nice to hard working people. This has happened multiple times (6 times if I had to put a number to it) and I just don't bother going back or saying anything because I'm too far and don't like sending food back. If I ask for no meat and its put on there anyway sure I can remove it but I dont want it touching my food at all, you never know what issues or illnesses people have that could make them sick. I just wish they would be consistent and/or if you're not going to take the time to do my order correctly please don't...
