Rooms To Go Kids — Local services in West Palm Beach

Since Rooms To Go blocked me from their Facebook page after leaving the below review, I'll just leave it right here too. I was so patient over the course of the week having to call Customer Service every day and look at the disaster the delivery guys left in my son's bedroom.

The furniture delivery did not include all of the hardware or even the correct instructions to assemble my son's bunkbed. The delivery guys told me lunch for the 3 of them was on me because they had to lift the furniture over baby gates installed at the top and bottom of the stairs and other deliverers would have rejected delivery because of them.

Then onto dealing with customer service.. They said they were going to overnight the missing parts within 2 days, which did not happen. The order hadn't even shipped when I called on the second day to track it. Then I spoke to a supervisor and still got the incorrect parts delivered twice via UPS. Now I await the furniture to be picked up and a full refund! What an awful experience for my son after picking out the bunkbed he wanted and waste of time for me waiting on deliveries multiple days! I walk in to the West Palm Beach Rooms to Go with an Idea un my head to make my younger sons Christmas. Matching my oldest sons bed."that we also bought from rooms to go " with a loft bed. It was touch and go started with Mary on line talk back and forth trying to contect with my idea and she was on the same page but I wasn't lol but we finally got on the same page. I had to go to the store to see the bed to measure it and find the old bed on the history. So here we go it's 45 minutes till closing here I come. Jim Eckes was there. So I was called around 11:30 by my girlfriend. Ironically while driving a delivery truck. She was concerned about the people that were replacing our sofa. We got the last one delivered less than a month ago. The couch was broken in the center because the first delivery guys didn’t install the support leg in the middle. I was about 5 minutes away from leaving work to rush home. These people made her so uncomfortable that she had to call me at work to possibly come home. They said the couch wasn’t broken and made her feel stupid. They said they were “joking around” with her. It clearly wasn’t funny because they intimidated a 100 pound girl to the point where she won’t ever get something delivered to her own home alone. Insane that this simple exchange would cause that much concern. So unprofessional and honestly these people said they like joking around with their customers.
