Excellent shop. Took my wedding band to be polished, and it was fairly beat up. I skateboard frequently and I took a few spills, one of which put a large gash in my ring.

Dropped the ring off, went to lunch, came back and picked it up. Didnt even take an hour. Flawless, even the large gashes I didnt expect them to be able to polish out. Shining like the day I got it, and the price was more than fair. To be honest, with the result I got, I would have gladly paid double without batting an eyelash.

I walked in at 3:15 one Saturday afternoon to inquire about having a platinum diamond ring resized. The owners accommodated me and had it done within the hour which is exactly what I was hoping for as I prefer not to leave my jewelry. What a wonderful experience we had. I love dealing with an independently owned jewelry store. The owners were nice and so knowledgeable and willing to help customize my necklace.
