I ordered 3 draft beers, 1 water, 1 Ice tea. Pd with a $50 and got $2.50 change. Told barmaid and she stated there’s no $50 in the drawer. A member and my girlfriend who pd for this round of drinks witnessed this transaction. I do not drink. Im 100% certain i was given the wrong change. They took my name and number but never called. I emailed, messaged them on Messenger, and finally called. Staff member was very rude on the phone and hung up on me. Shortly after I had a response to my messenger stating they side with the barmaid. So not only insulting me and my girlfriend but also calling their own paying member a liar. Real nice way to run your establishment and complaints. I filed a report with the LCB. And to anyone else, watch...
