Horrible customer service and overall experience.

I asked to remove the skin from the sausage product, the store associate refused to do so. I was the only customer in the store and don't understand why the employees do not perform their responsibilities. I've Berezka's customer for several years now and have tolerated a lot since I started shopping there; but today was the last day when I let them to be treated as if I am person without rights.

I believe that Berezka store has to undergo through a lot of changes. It takes advantage of people's lack of knowledge on how to report it, residents' busy schedule to stand up and the language barrier to speak up for themselves. This is a nice place to get European food and everything seems to be fresh. However BE WARE! They do charge their customers a $0.35 transaction fee if you pay with your debit or credit card. They don't inform you of this just point to a small sign that they have about this fee on the wall only AFTER they charge you the fee. Not cool at all. I have never had a retailer charge me a transaction fee! They should at least inform the customer ahead of time before the customer pays! Do ask to try each deli item before you purchase. I was recommended the pickles from this place by an Uber driver. Super nice cashiers. At least one of them speaks almost no English but she will do her damnedest to pantomime and make sure you got what you want. She's very sweet and got me to try the bologna.
