Budget Inn — Hotel in West Sacramento

Drove in from out of town for the weekend and Needed a room for me and my daughter for the night. Manager quoted me $70 for the night. I agreed. Room 115, next to the office. I opened the door and was immediately hit in the face with the smell of cigarettes and ass! Next thing I saw were roaches crawling up the walls and a huge spider in the bathroom! I told my daughter to grab our bag because we were leaving! We hadn't been in the room 5 minutes! I went back to the manager who was still in the window! I told him we can't stay in that room, its infested with roaches and my daughter is terrified! He said he would take the keys but no refund! Not even half my money! Then he stood and watched me stand crying beside my car until I pulled it together to drive away! Despicable people and...

Was here 2 1/2 months.last 2-3 weeks were not great but the management very friendly. I called and got a quote and we were paying more than I was quoted. It is the ONLY one that takes dogs. $20 more. I will say you want a room close to the front not in the back part. They get worse the father you are away...

The service from Dennis and his wife Vasante is outstanding.. The kindest and most respectful motel owners I've ever met.. This may not be a three star motel but they offer what you need for a peaceful stay. Old fashion or not I will come back for sure just for the kind warm way about them....
