Town House Motel — Hotel in West Sacramento

This place has cockroaches,and bed bugs and too much riff raff blaring their music at early morning hours 12 am- varies,also was a shooting here just a few days ago.not a place id recommend.the floor looked like it had never been mopped before so I got mop( bought) and cleaner and I mopped it I was right the mop turned black I should of took a picture,doesn't even look like they clean the bathroom looks more like they just put fresh towels in .this place needs better maid service & I've told them this before and also offered to be maid in exchange for room ...they wanted to give me 2 $ and hour....so that's why they probably don't care about the cleanliness of the motel it's a 2 $ and hour job.the city should do more surprise visits on these slumlord ruled drug dives the power kept flickering dim to bright all 2 weeks we were here and last night It went out for about 20 minutes.also management told us not to plug anything extra into power strip unless we turn the AC off a d unpug the fridge and microwave otherwise it would blow the power code enforcement should do more surprise visits on these scummy motels.better than being out in the cold but certainly not worth the price we paid I bet if somebody came into one of these or all of these rooms with a black light and turned the power off they'd see all kinds of nastiness on the walls,and everywhere else too that's why I always get antibacterial cleaner Clorox or Lysol and do the cleaning myself while I'm here,and if you stay for 2 weeks you think they offer use of their supplies to clean nope because they ain't got not a broom and that's about it I bet.nor do they offer cleaning during your stay.i said...

Warning! I booked room 108 for just a few hours before getting a refund! This room/place is infested with roaches! I moved the dressers and found nests and new born roaches the were climbing on the bed! The sink head in the bathroom was leaking after running it and the bathroom had a really fowl smell.. Not wanting to mention the roaches again but yes.. I think they were using it as a swimming pool I mean there just bloody everywhere! I get there is a river near by, but the owners of this place have let it get way out of hand.. Call an extremiator.. And the walls are in bad condition amd the roaches were all over them... It does take much for you to realize wants going on there.. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE.. This picture doesnt do justice to want I found when I walked I also have videos of everything I have stated in...

W.Capitol is and has always been somewhat sketchy overall. However, the manager "Dex", his wife and always respectful, helpful children work 24hrs daily to maintain what has true potential of becoming the diamond in the ruff, Townhouse Motel. Having remodeled rooms which at a quick glance look very nice, especially for the location and affordable price but after staying consecutively for more than a couple nights there are for the most part some simple maintenance issues, touch ups here and there and a regularly employed pest company couldn't whip this motel right in to shape. The Crest behind it can be pretty entertaining. I give it a stamp of.approval, especially after staying at a few motels on this interesting strip here in W.Sac...
