Raley's — Local services in West Sacramento

If they have no blueberry muffins, ask at the coffee counter, often there are some in back. Two months in a row I have not received my bonus coupons in the mail. I spoke with the manager last week, she said she hadn't received hers either. She asked me to wait until today and if I still hadn't received them, she would take care of it. I went into the store with high hopes, however, just as the previous month I was not given my personal coupons just the dollar amount for earned for the month. I feel like I earned the extra coupons. I don't feel like the manager "took care of the matter", as promised. Today I went to raleys to purchase some foster farm boneless/skinless chicken thighs advertised for $5 Monday. I had seen these & some fish fillets at the Folsom Blvd store for $5 and decided to pick them up at the West Sacramento raleys. Neither of these advertised items were in stock or even available at the West Sacramento location. WHY??????? What did we do to get nothing? Did donald trump take over the West Sacramento raleys? It's troubling to hear that this Raleys location houses office space for corporate Raleys employees yet is still terribly underserved. If it weren't for the cars in the parking lot you would believe this location to be condemned upon seeing the outside, the inside is just a dated and desperately in need of renovation. Item labels on the shelves for items that have not been restocked in weeks/months. Appurtenances in place for 10 registers yet the only time I saw more than two in use was during what must have been a corporate event/meeting around Christmas this past year, have to keep up those fake appearances when the executives are in town I guess. The same foot traffic during Thanksgiving week had the two open registers' lines halfways to the back of the store. Renovate this location and properly allocate resources to it or shut it down. The message Raleys is currently sending is that the members of this community don't deserve any better and if that's the case just get out, this retail space would be better utilized by...

Arrived around 11am not crowded but it was hard to wait for the deli guy he said I will b with you in just a minute. After 5 I said" Forget this" grab some premade sandwiches and with the rest of my cart with some groceries for a family member I stood in the only line opened up I was the 8th person in a long line. I don't shop here often but I had saved two $5 coupons to use. One was from the beginning of the year that I never got to use one was recent. I like shopping here for this reason. The checker only accepted the most recent and claimed I probably used it . So got only $5 off instead of $10. The coupon doesn't expire until the end of this year. If I compare this store to the grocery store by my house these guys get a 3 star review. Nothing bad just coupons that lead me to believe I'm saving a few dollars.
