If you’re in the La Crosse area and looking for metaphysical and magickal practicing shop THIS IS IT! I grew up in the La Crosse area and unfortunately when I started really getting into my craft and practice I found that there were zero shops that provided all of my needs and wants. Sure we had a crystal shop here and there but the Eternal Forest has actually has tools, books, jewelry, cauldrons, herbs, herbal infusions, a mediation room, reiki sessions, tarot, tools to work with the fae (if that is your path) divination tools like runes and even more, they even have childrens books! Phoebe the shop owner is an absolute delight and she is extremely helpful. She’s also knowledgeable on the craft which I find very refreshing. She’s the only local practicing witch who doesn’t hide and act like we’re still in the stone ages that I’ve run into. She’s extremely helpful and keeps her shop stocked. I hope this place stays open because it’s sincerely the only shop of its kind in the La Crosse area. Like I said, I grew up in this area so to find an ACTUAL metaphysical, witch craft, magickal shop like this….I was stunned and impressed to say the least. She also is dedicated to earth practices and decorates the shop as so which is also very refreshing. She has an entire mediation room free for anyone to use, I’d love to join a coven in that room! You can feel the good energy the moment you walk in and it’s about time our beautiful and nature filled city had a shop to match the energy. Phoebe and Xavier are very kind and welcoming. I ended up talking to them for a long time, and they were excellent listeners, especially since I was just some rando off the street telling them about my problems. The shop is on the second floor, so you have to climb a narrow staircase, walk through door #2, and then go to the end of a hallway with other offices. The shop feels pleasant and open, and there's a meditation room in the back, though I didn't check that out. If you're just there to shop, the books and jewelry are surprisingly affordable.
