To be completely honest I'm not a huge fan of the bread they use, (the only reason for the one star deduction)but that's not why I'm reviewing. I am currently stupidly sick and literally the only thing that's brought me a moment of comfort, and that I can even eat, is the French Onion Soup. I've been all over the country, I'm from the North East, from really food dense areas. And Midway Deli has the best French onion soup I've ever had. The flavor is top notch, well seasoned. It's absolutely perfect, and will probably be my go-to sick soup this whole winter. We stopped today for lunch. Riding on the bike trail from Sparta. I ordered the 1/2 New Yorker and a cup of soup. The chicken wild rice soup was great. The sandwich however had less meat then I've ever seen on a sandwich. Literally a third of a slice of paper thin pastrami and a third of a slice of cornbeef and the same amount of turkey.
