Worst Taco Bell experience ever!
Wow, where to start. This place is a mess. No access to women bathroom because they have lost the key. After completing our order the say the Credit Card machine is broken and cash only. Luckily we happened to have cash on us. Our order comes out and has two issues A. The Chichen Nachos we ordered came with beef. (We checked and the guy had entered Chicken) B. The Taco Sald we orddered was missing. So we wait for the half of our groups order to come out.
You need to know during this entire time we are the only customers, so be busy is not a factor. The staff was goofing off in the back and being generally obnoxious.
Then they call us up and have the corrected nachos, but say we need to wait for the taco salad shells. After a few minuts a difrent person comes out and calls us up saying we did not pay for the taco salad, and we had not.
So we step up to pay then they offer us sothing difrent becuase the do have what they need for the taco salad. All the time acting as if are choice of menu items is somehow the problem.
This location and this particular team have no sense of customer service and realy cared less about the customer experience. If the store manager does not get a grip of this location sales will surely decline.
Worst Taco Bell experience ever!
Follow up, after writing this review at the table I spoke to Scarlett the "Relief Manager" and I felt bad for her. She claimed to not know the situation and get this, she offered make me a Taco salad. The family had moved to the car after sharing the food we did have. So way to late. This really is an upper management issue, Scarlett did not appear to have the proper traing, skills or assertiveness to run the team. After reading other reviews our experience was representative of the way this location...
Read moreI decided to go to Taco Bell and get some food for me and my boy when I pulled up there it was kind of a big order not too much but I got my food when I Get home I find out they forget something. so what do I do? I go back. By the time I get there the food is already cooled off so I kindly explain the situation then ask them too make it again. The girl goes back and grabs her manager then they both come up and ask my too explain the situation for a 2nd time so I explain it again. The manager then decided too argue with me about making it again there was literally nobody there. I was the only person and they weren’t doing anything. so making it again, shouldn’t have been a problem.anyways eventually she agreed too make it again. So I wait. Once they call me up I realize they did not remake any of it instead she said her is a free Crunchwrap supreme and gave me the steak quesadilla they had forgotten originally and some free chocolate cake. Then she asks if this is okay and before I even got too answer she cuts me off and says okay good. Like no it’s not good still however I felt very uncomfortable in there and embarrassed and accepted it and left without any of my needs fulfilled. Anyways I get home and the food is just terrible. Some of It’s cold overcooked even the person I bought food for was displeased with their meal. I felt so bad and embarrassed. I’m writing this review because I want those ladies retrained or some sort of action taken because worst service worst food just the worst experience in my life at Taco Bell and I’m going to encourage other people and myself never to go to that location again those people are terrible and very, very rude. so sorry for the harsh review but sometimes $20 is hard to come by these days especially if you live...
Read moreThis location is actually a KFC/Taco Bell combo restaurant, which I personally think is a great idea on PepsiCo's part, except for the fact that they only carry the "staple" items, along with whatever specials either side happens to be running, but they cut out all "extra" menu items. So if you happen to be a fan of either chain's more exotic or specialty mainstay menu items, like the technically A&W brand Cheese Curds that KFC carries, or the "Fruitista" (however they spell it lol) Freeze drinks that you typically find at Taco Bell, then you are going to be sorely disappointed in the whole idea. This particular visit was actually for KFC, although I tend to get both menu styles from this location, hence my love of the convenience. However, on this particular visit for KFC, they actually messed up my order pretty good. I was originally struck with the idea to blast them with a (would have been this) snarky review on here. Thankfully, my better judgment quickly took over, and I decided to call the store to "notify" them of the mistake, before hastily answering Google's request for my opinion of the experience I just had at "Taco Bell" (how do they not know it's both?). The manager I spoke with was extremely polite (could give some people cavities, but don't hold it against her 😋) and very generously resolved the issue. I'm not going to get into what was wrong or what the resolution was, because honestly it doesn't matter. What does matter, is that even when they weren't at their best, they ultimately made it right, and I left a happier customer than when I first got there, which is ultimately at the heart of Customer Service, so I'll just split the star rating instead,...
