KFC — Restaurant in West Valley City

This KFC/Taco Bell saved my butt!!!

I came here to Thursday night after work with some coworkers. We all got Taco Bell and the service was extremely fast, around 10pm when we came in all of our meals were ready within 2-3 minutes of ordering.

Anyways, I accidentally left my work badge here. Spent hours looking for it at home before I had a strange feeling I might’ve left it in this restaurant. So I called and no one picked up at first, but usually fast food places don’t even have a real store phone number to call so I didn’t expect much. After a couple minutes I thought I’d try my luck and call again, and just 5 minutes before they close at midnight, a friendly staff member took my call and confirmed they had my badge. I drove straight to the KFC and despite it being past closing time, I was able to pick it up. The staff member even tried to refuse a tip which shows how humble they are. Thank you KFC/Taco Bell team for not throwing away my lost property!!! 10/10...

Yeah so I am walking home from school right? And I think "oh, a chicken pot pie would be really good right now" and so I walk in there, the drive through is empty and there's one dude in the corner and Im like, "mmm.... Okay..." So I walk up to the register and i stand there, get all ready to order..... And then I stand some more, this employee comes out and fills up a cup of water for who knows who and I think, "that's strange, but maybe she's just not on registers" so I stand there some more, another employee walks out from the bathroom and ignores me, and at that point I say screw it and leave. Last time I went here the service was also crappy, just not as bad, and the food tasted stale and kinda strange but I believe in second chances you know? No. Just... Just don't go there. It's not...

I was there on a friday evening around 7. I brought my famikybwith me and they messed up on the order 2 times and it was fine the first time small mistake but the second time it was my 6 year olds food which i ended up giving my meal and had to wait additional 10 minutes. The person in charge seemed very young and let his staff swear audibly loud enough that my children could hear them dropping swear words like a pirate ship. Then after that the section we were sitting at we wrre told they were closing that section and asked us not to move tables but we needed to go bc they are closing that section. Over all i dont want to come back as the service is slow . No concern for the language used around children. Orders messed up and...
