I've been a customer for years and am fond of the environment so I'm disappointed that I won't be returning due to my most recent shopping experience. I was charged double at the bakery and addressed the issue before walking out, however, only 60% of the overcharge was returned. The lady argued that it was because she didn't charge me for an item so she was only going to return part of the overcharge. Beats me how an item wasn't charged when I paid double the price for my items. The ladies there hand write the number of items and price per item on the paper bags that they use; I did the math and every item was on the receipt. I don't trust the manual entry of items and prices into the cash register and won't be returning. It's actually only a couple of dollars that weren't returned but it's the principle of not being able to work with an honest business that will keep me away; I didn't appreciate their deceitful business. Read moreI had an al pastor torta here the other day. Service was a bit slow, seemed like it took 10 minutes before someone started working on the food, but once it arrived, I was pleased. The al pastor was tasty, and the salsas good. Supermarket cafeteria style environment, but hey, I'm here cause I am hungry. So the big question is, how is the al pastor? Like I said, it was good, good flavor, plenty of it on the torta, and the bread was nice and crunch on the outside which I love. The torta was tasty. I'll be back. Food is delicious & fresh so lots of people visits this location so expect a chaotic parking lot during peak hours. Coming up from Redwood Road & trying to make a L turn to go to this place is a challenge because there is no dedicated L turn signal so you need to time it right or risk having an accident or if you take too long light will turn red & you'll miss your chance.
