Jessica is by far the nicest, friendliest, working 4the customer, 100% genuine customer service person in retail, that I've had a pleasure dealing w/in many YEARS!! I was a little concerned about doing business there bcuz of possible language & understanding each other, however, So not the case! She made me feel very welcome & was even impressed with my "mouy puketo habla espaniol" :-), she answered my several questions (i do ask alot each month) & she even helped me extra when she saw that the face of my cell was shattered & cutting my fingers when being used!! When I move soon & won't b anywhere close 2this store, I'll still drive the distance keeping my loyal business their, as she is loyal w/her customer service!! Thank U...
