West View Floral Shoppe, Inc. — Local services in West View

I was very surprised, pleased and impressed by a phone call I received today. I had ordered flowers from West View Floral Shoppe for my sister who was starting a new job today.

The reason for the call was that the delivery person (Diane) said she delivered the the flowers to the business address but the receptionist didn't know who the recipient was (my sister). Diane wanted me to know that and also offered to pick up the flowers and re-deliver them to another address if necessary.

It turns out the address was correct, the receptionist didn't know my sister since it was her first day. Unfortunately, it seems that good customer service is often hard to find these days, and having someone go above and beyond is rarer still! But that's what Diane of West View Floral Shoppe did and I just wanted to publicly acknowledge and thank her for doing so!

We had such a wonderful experience with West View Floral, I needed to write a review. Our father passed away and Beth met with us on Memorial Day to help us design his floral arrangements for the funeral home. I’m extremely picky and I told her exactly how I wanted it to look. I even called the next day and made a small change. She was very patient and listened to what I wanted. I was nervous for the next few days hoping that they were going to look good. When the funeral director opened the doors they were absolutely perfect, exactly what I wanted and I was so relieved to have the most beautiful flowers to honor our father. I received my flower basket last week, the ladies went above and beyond to create a beautiful arrangement for me.

The flowers are very fresh, impressed they lasted more than a week. I am posting photos from 1st day and day 10.

I wish they had peonies in stock. I love peonies, lilacs and stocks (matthiola).

I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for outstanding customer service and fresh flowers.
