I have worked with Stapels since 2017 and when you get A new Gm named Dan Misiur because he had a fight with his old district managee so was put in your store as punishment you know he isn't going to be a good boss and he wasn't!! Since HR doesn't care about their employees and not going to do anything about mine and other employees situation I'm going to leave A review. Dan M whom is the new general manager made up out right lies about me and wrote me up. I am 100% all customers liked me and I would NEVER treat customers this way. The new general manager is trying to get rid of all the employees and hire new totally unqualified people. Here is what he wrote me up for. Dan M lies about employees he doesn't like!!!! Dan M is horrible person that needs to be fired. Dan M let's people he hired not call or show up for 2 weeks straight and still have a job and A key. Dan M let's them come in 2 hrs late and doesn't write them up but writes other ppl up for the same thing. Dan M needs to be fired.. It has been over A month and still have not heard back from HR. This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES . This company only cares about making money and TOTALLY PRICE GUAGES. I wouldn't do your Amazon returns here!! I did some returns at this location a few weeks ago and the cashier who did them made some mistakes but assured me it was fine, i just woke up to a bunch of charges on Amazon because they did not recieve their returns!!! I def won't be returning! I am not one to leave reviews but this store is crazy!! I used to shop here all the time when I started my small business in 2022, last time I was there was January or so. All I can say is they have made some not so user friendly changes. Empty shelves and no one on the floor willing to help me look for missing items!! Only redeeming thing they have is the great staff in the print center. Went to pay for the few things I managed to find on my own and no cashier so I thought it was self checkout only to be scolded by someone whome I'm assuming was their general manager???? I went to this location at 10am this morning. The young lady was alone, unskilled and obviously thr task being asked were above her head .

I was told that the item would be finished by 7pm. It was not finished and when I arrived the store was closed and the young lady rushing to complete the job.

The manager would not come out to speak with me. The fault is not the teenager trying to work in an area she was obviously not trained for . It is the manager and management of Stables who no longer have any regard for product quality or customer satisfaction. In my opinion, the manager and management needs retraining and the young lady at the copy station given the appropriate training to do the job.

More importantly, she was so pleasant and sweet she really needs to be upfront servicing and assisting...
