Seasons 52 offers a refreshing dining experience that combines seasonal ingredients, health-conscious options, and an upscale atmosphere. My recent visit left me impressed with their commitment to fresh flavors and balanced meals. **Food Quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** The menu, which changes with the seasons, showcases a variety of dishes made with fresh, quality ingredients. The wood-fired grilled items were particularly noteworthy, with the cedar plank salmon being a standout. Vegetables were crisp and flavorful, clearly reflecting the restaurant's focus on seasonality. **Taste and Presentation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. The balance of textures and tastes in dishes like the grilled artichokes and the flatbreads demonstrated culinary skill. **Health-Conscious Options: ⭐⭐⭐⭐** One of Seasons 52's strengths is its focus on healthier dining. With every item on the menu under 595 calories, it's a great option for those watching their intake without sacrificing taste. **Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⭐** The restaurant's ambiance is upscale yet comfortable, with warm lighting and contemporary decor. It's suitable for both casual dinners and special occasions. **Service: *⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐* Our server Mark was knowledgeable about the menu offering helpful suggestions. The service was attentive without being intrusive. **Wine Selection: ⭐⭐⭐⭐** The extensive wine list, featuring over 100 options available by the glass, is impressive and complements the menu well. **Value: ⭐⭐⭐** While the prices are on the higher side, the quality of ingredients and preparation largely justifies the cost. However, portion sizes can be modest for some diners. **Overall: ⭐⭐⭐⭐** Seasons 52 delivers on its promise of fresh, seasonal cuisine in an upscale setting. It's an excellent choice for those seeking a healthier dining option. While it may not be an everyday dining spot due to the price point, it's certainly worth visiting for a quality meal, especially if you're celebrating a special occasion.

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary at Seasons 52 in Princeton, NJ, and we had the absolute pleasure of being served by Alex — and let me tell you, she was nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment we sat down, Alex made us feel welcomed, seen, and truly celebrated. She greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm that immediately set the tone for the evening. We casually mentioned that it was our anniversary, and from there, Alex went above and beyond to make our experience feel personal and memorable. Throughout the night, she struck the perfect balance between being attentive and giving us space to enjoy our evening. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and helped us select dishes and drinks that suited our tastes perfectly. Her recommendations were spot-on — and her timing was flawless. What really stood out was the way Alex made us feel like we were her only table, even though the restaurant was bustling. She took the time to ask about our story, share a laugh with us, and genuinely connect in a way that felt heartfelt and authentic. She even arranged a special dessert surprise for us, complete with a thoughtful message that made me tear up a little. It wasn’t just service — it was an experience. People like Alex are rare in the hospitality industry. She has a gift for making people feel special, and her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly elevated our anniversary dinner. It was one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had, and a huge part of that was thanks to her. If you’re dining at Seasons 52 in Princeton, ask for Alex — she’s a gem and a true example of superior service. Thank you, Alex, for making our night unforgettable!

Visiting Princeton for 2 days and we’ve been dining here for Lunch and Dinner for consecutive day. Our kids loves their 8oz Fillet Mignon and Naked Cheese Burger. My husband and I tried their Caesar Salad, Rotisserie Chicken, Sea Bass, Tuna Tartare, Rainbow Trout and Key Lime for dessert. Dine In experience was good and the place is nice. But for ordering To Go Pickup was a DISASTROUS experience. It’s our last day in Princeton, NJ and kids requested the same food for lunch. So I decided to order pickup because we’re planning to eat the food while charging our Tesla in charging station on our way back to Virginia so we won’t get stuck in traffic going back home.. Upon getting our food inside the paper bag there was no utensils at all… I don’t know if they are thinking at all on how their customers eat their To Go food if they doesn’t put some utensils. Do you think it’s easy and comfortable to eat steak using hands or eating your dessert by hands too? Please Season 52 (3535 US Highway1 Princeton NJ) don’t forget those little things, think of your customers. We spend almost $150 without the tip whenever we dine in while we are in your restaurant. I don’t think we will come back to your restaurant in our next month conference schedule. I hate this experience and I won’t forget this day.

This was my first time eating at any seasons 52 location at all. I like the concept of reasonable portions and calorie counts.

Our food was great but the service was non-existent. We arrived a couple minutes early for our reservation and were seated right away.

However, we then stared at our menus for over 15 minutes after which my wife went up to the front to find out if perhaps we weren’t assigned a server. The restaurant was not crowded and we saw multiple servers standing around. A very nice gentleman apologized and came by and took our entree and drink orders and said waters would be coming shortly. He had handed us off to another waitress who introduced herself and then another 15 minutes passed and our waters finally arrived. My wife and I had to wait another 10 minutes for our wine. So this is now 40 minutes after we were sat to actually get our drinks.

On the plus side, our entrees followed quickly and were very good. Kudos to the kitchen staff!

Our waitress checked on us mid-meal, which was nice, then came back with the dessert selection a ways after collecting our plates.

Desserts were delivered promptly enough and were tasty. We then waited a while for the check. We put our card in the check folio and then waited another 10-15 minutes with no sign of the server. We waited and looked for her and eventually my wife went and asked another server to run our card.

No one came to check on us after the initial disappointment of not being acknowledged for 15 minutes. On my way out I audibly mentioned that it seems there is very little care at this restaurant for quality of service. The manager happened to be standing nearby and asked what happened. I explained and he said they were sorry and that was not the level of service they intend to offer. I noted the food was very good and my parents, who were with us, had come multiple times previously without any issues.

Thanks Dan for acknowledging our issues. However, I realized he had been walking around and checking on multiple tables earlier while we were visibly sitting around with no obvious service. He completely ignored us when he could have actually helped. The level of organization and quality of service is a direct reflection of their manager, and this particular Seasons 52 is currently reflecting quite poorly.

I would likely try another location of this chain as I like the restaurant’s food but I likely would not head back to or recommend this...

Seasons 52 hasn't evolved much over the years but it has held most of its quality and standard. The atmosphere is classy. It's clean and has the ambiance of a bustling professional food spot. The service was ultimately good but there were definitely some hiccups. My SO has a sesame seed allergy. We made them aware of this and they still brought out a dish covered in them. They took it off the bill but we went out of our way to make it known and it really is dangerous when we aren't vigilant for mistakes like these. I'm only writing about it bc we specifically told them about the allergy and to serve menu items that contain the allergens they were informed of, normally indicates a lack of knowledge of their menu. This is nitpicking (but that's what these are for kind of). Food was good. Again little details were key in this. The steak on my tacos was cold. Leads me to believe it was prepped meat. No biggie. I'm not telling them not to prep for their specials in order to serve timely meals. But the meat was still cold from the fridge. Got to hit the mark there for sure. It was the centerpiece of the meal. There were other tiny details but I'm not going to dive into them. They were small enough to overlook as a whole. The menu is well put together. It has many options. They're all flavorful and worth ranging across the whole menu to try. Not enough issues on this last trip to avoid going back. I had the potato and leek soup. We ordered two, both with no bacon, and one came with bacon. But the soup was good. I had the lunch steak tacos, covered the issues with those but they were really good overall. Fresh cabbage gives it a needed crunch. Tasty pico added freshness. It was only a good taco bc the meat was cold. Other than that it would have been perfect. Ordered the Korean bbq baby carrots. They're amazing. Spicy and sweet and earthy. Also ordered the entree salad. They gave plenty of portion and the seared tuna was good. Finished off the meal with an espresso and shared one of their tiny deserts. Overall it is a great spot for consistency...
