First time coming to this location and definitely my last. Isabella was probably the worse waitress I’ve ever had. We ordered our drinks, and received our food at least 45 mins later. We noticed other tables around us at least got their food before us and we were there before them. Once we got our food, she never came back to check if we needed anything else. She never came back to ask if we needed refills. Meanwhile I was facing the bar and kitchen, all saw her do was talk to her co workers. The only one I saw working hard and actually checking up on her tables was the African American woman, I saw her more than our own waitress. It took us 1 hour to get our check, we split our check 3 ways. Then turns out she gave us the same check 3 times, but it took her ages to come pick up the one check my friend had to pay for. Once she realized her mistake, she just left them on the table without saying anything and took another 10 mins to come get our cards for the other two checks when we were already ready to pay. She just walked away. As if we weren’t already there almost 2.5 hrs…once I asked for a container, she gave me the smallest one. Clearly did not see how much food I wanted to take home I had to wait for her to come again to ask for a bag and another container. Seriously the worst service ever. I would rather drive an extra 25 mins to go to the one in Langhorne PA than come to this location again. Always had great service at that location but never coming to this...

We (party of 2) walked in Wednesday around 6pm. The restaurant was about half full. The host seemed to be very slow in helping the party in front of us, grabbing menus half-heartedly and walking very slowly. He did the same with us, forgetting to hand us the AYCE instructions/menu.
Our server, Mila (?), was very friendly and patient. She accommodated our requests and answered questions about the sauces. She also checked in frequently to see if we wanted to continue ordering or grab the check.
We tried a variety of sauces including Mango Habanero (very spicy but good mango taste), Honey BBQ (just BBQ but alot sweeter), Luau BBQ (BBQ but with a taste of pineapple; this was really good), Caribbean Jerk (sweet and incorporated alot of spices such as cinnamon; not my favorite), Spicy Garlic (not too hot, mild garlic flavor), Orange Chicken (just like any other), Buffalo Ranch (spicy, savory, and creamy), and Sweet BBQ (as the name implies). My favorite would have to be the Luau BBQ.
We did not receive carrots/celery and a dipping sauce with the first order as the AYCE menu suggested (but upon request I did get a blue cheese dip). This was a very small nuisance. The fries were thin and crispy.
Overall I had an enjoyable experience and...
Read moreNot sure if today being a Sunday and an impending winter snow emergency is the reason that the traditional wings and fries I ordered was served room temperature. There was only 1 wait staff who was also the greeter but there were a few others who look like staff chatting near the entrance to the kitchen rather than helping to serve guest. I came here because this is the only place I found in Mercer that doesn't use seed oils, I thought I found my go-to restaurant; too bad the operations of the place is sub-par.
