Yellowstone Forever Park Store - Old Faithful — Local services in West Yellowstone

I am currently attempting to contact the gift shop about two shirts purchased there. When I dial the Xanterra phone number listed on my receipt the message on the machine states, The person you want to reach is not available. No way to leave a msg. I then called 307-344-5324 and 307-344-7901 and finally got a member of staff, named Bei who stated the manager would call me. Four hours later still no response. I am not a happy customer. If they call will post how this turns out.

One week from purchasing the shirts I still do not have a response. I am disappointed in Xanterra. In the past we have used them to see the Grand Canyon. I am very disappointed. Today's date 09-25-24.

Two weeks from my purchase and still no response from...

Un vol. Nous avons acheté un souvenir dans ce magasin il y a maintenant 1 mois. Nous avons payé 30€ et au moment de payer, nous avons vu le paiement validé. Il y a eu un soucis avec leur machine qui ne montrait pas le paiement malgré le fait que nous ayons eu "approuvé" sur la machine.

Nous avons insisté fortement et le caissier a insisté pour que nous fassions encore le paiement vu que ça n'avait pas marché. Nous avons cède et refait le paiement.

Le paiement s'est affiché 1 fois sur nos comptes.

2 semaines plus tard, le paiement s'est affiché de nouveau.

Nous avons donc payé 2 fois le souvenir alors que nous avons insisté énormément et qu'ils n'ont rien voulu savoir.
