I enjoy giving my business to small, independent local food establishments. I bought two pepperoni pizzas last night to share with friends. The crust was very wimpy, and I found it difficult to grasp a slice. The toppings were plentiful and had good flavor. The cheese layer was extremely greasy and unappealing to eat. Absolutely delicious. My husband and I devoured a pizza and calzone in minutes. We got steak, onion and mushroom on white sauce. I think this was the best white sauce pizza I've ever had. A good amount of sauce & very flavorful! The calzone had the perfect cheese to topping ratio. We got mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni & mushroom with red sauce. We hired Vlad's Pizza for our anniversary party (40 people), and it couldn't have been better! His flavor combinations are incredible (blue cheese and pear!) and he's also happy to make custom pies (my daughter's favorite - red sauce, garlic, anchovies, and basil).
