I sincerely hope that you treat all claims better than you have treated mine. We were hit by a semi truck insured by your company Sept 25 2024. You have yet to investigate or even reach out to your insured. Lbrown has not been very motivated to handle our claim. In fact she has been passive aggressive and lazy. If negative stars were a rating you have earned that! Any way I don’t want to be too negative here but this is not customer service nor is it good business. We are in limbo here wrecked car and out of pocket to make up for what should have been taken care of by Southlake Specialty Insurance. I had accident on September 2024 and now is end of march 2025 First insurance told me my truck is totall loss but after 4 months they told me my truck is repairable and they sent me estimates with the lowest price I didn’t agree with the price but at the end I told them send me the check so I can fix my truck then the person who I talked to her told me she is not a adjuster, adjuster is Megan so I called and emailed several times, more than 100 times but Megan never responded I don’t understand first why you are doing this to people and why you put Megan on this position she is not responsible and she doesn’t care about people you need to fire her and also you need to be responsible for everyone this...
