Sip Stir Coffee House — Restaurant in Westlake

The rating is poor. I work in the office park here, and over the last few years service has been hit or miss, and this is not the first time where I've had to make a decision to discontinue business with them for a little while.

You always have time to acknowledge a customer even if/when you're busy.

The shop wasn't busy, and I decided to walk over and buy some coffee. It's a coffee shop, the drill is you get in line and wait to speak to a barista. While in line, I've decided what I want, as well as a bag of coffee to take back with me to the office.

Maybe it's a training issue, I'm willing to grant them that and I'm sure I'll stop by again in the future and hope that the experience is better, but as it became my turn the barista sees me and proceeds to say nothing. She turns around and begins working on what I presume to be the order of the person that was in front of me. Perhaps she's new, and was feeling flustered. I get it, no big deal, I give it a few seconds for her to be ready for me. Still nothing, she keeps on to the point where I'm just feeling a bit awkward standing there. I decided to leave, I hope they can turn it around...

Very happy to have something other than Starbucks as an option for coffee drinks! The gentleman who helped me was very kind and willing to help me as I concocted my own beverage on chilly day: a Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate. It was wonderful, not overwhelming strong like the other guys, drinkable immediately, and flavored just enough to enhance the drink. I will definitely be returning. I enjoyed the warm environment and welcoming staff at this faculty. It was my first time coming and i’m not much of a coffee drinker so i was unsure with what i was looking to get and angelique was so patient and helpful with helping me make sure that i got the right drink i was looking for and not trying to just rush me out the door but actually cared to make sure that i was taken care of. i got the passion berry lemonade and man was that one of the best berry lemonades i’ve had in a while. 10/10 will...
