I went in to get my phone screen repaired, the gentlemen there were nice and friendly but I had to wait until the next day to get it actually repaired because they had to wait for a part. No big deal. After actually getting the screen repaired my front facing camera would no longer focus. I brought it back in and they "fixed it" for no charge. While the camera focused again, my phone no longer vibrated and the screen no longer filled the entirety of the phone and I have black edges along my whole phone. Don’t buy anything From these scam artists! Bought an iPhoneX for my sons bday 3 days ago, and the “owner” Jamal sold a case for the phone that doesn’t fit, even though he said it would fit. So since it didn’t fit the phone my son had to take the case off and dropped it and broke it. And I was told if I wasn’t happy with my purchase I could return it within 7 days. So I bring the phone back 3 days later and these con artists tell me there is nothing they can do and won’t even refund my money for the wrong case he sold me! I started off by contacting on facebook sales and ended up getting a personal cell phone number to the sales person at the store. All through text i was able to cut a deal on a iphone that i was comfortable with. The communication was by far some of the best i have ever had from any store.
