Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Westland

As we all know, little Caesars is the value meal of pizza. we all know we really don’t like it but when it’s late at night you’ve had a long day running errands working trying get kids picked up from daycare after extra curricular activities. It’s just convenience even though you know the food and the services is trash. We also know that today’s society of “woke “people has caused numerous issues in society. I had the displeasure of having an issue with Little Caesars. Not that that’s a surprise especially from this location. I called the store to resolve the issue And the woman well at least I’m going to say it was a woman cause I’m not really sure judging by her attitude and demeanor if I use the wrong pronouns or not. I asked the individual over the phone what her name was she refused to tell me multiple times, she asked for my name I gave it to her , I asked for hers she refused to give it to me and hung up on me. I called back three other times where she hung up on me each time without even answering because they use a cell phone and not a landline. I’ve called corporate numerous times about , this very unpleasant and very unprofessional interaction. This was such a simple phone call that could’ve been handled in three or four minutes and things would’ve been fine. In fact, I probably would’ve posted a decent review and praise this manager but instead it turned into a 40 minute ordeal just to get food replaced that was screwed up when it was purchased. Corporate has done nothing, because it’s a franchise store, the franchise owner does nothing has not even bothered to reach out to me, nor has the store manager, nor has the area manager, nor has regional. Corporate will not do anything. So with that being said, I don’t have any names to attach to this review , but if you’re looking to be profiled, and you have a deep voice, you’re a male and you’re on the taller side and maybe even a little bit larger be prepared to be profiled as an aggressive person. The manager in question the best I can do is a description , a shorter heavyset white woman not sure if the pronoun is correct but we’re going with it. She’s got a wide back and no neck and a very poor attitude. So if you want to be profiled and deemed aggressive because you have a deep voice you’re a male and you’re tall and kind of on the big side and you like burnt food from the pizza to the breadsticks and don’t care about Customer Service and you’re willing to wait from my understanding anywhere from 10 minutes to 45 minutes for value meal pizza. This is the location for you. If you want to have your issues resolved if there is a problem but not get any resolution or very little resolution and you don’t want corporate or the franchisee owner or the area manager or the regional manager to do anything for you and you want to piss your money and your time this is definitely the spot for you and if you’re “woke “this is really the spot for you to feel at home you can judge everybody and profile everybody, except for yourself. Don’t waste your time or money little Caesars as a whole from their franchise stores, all the way to corporate are trash so if you wanna throw your money away waste your time, be aggravated eat cardboard by all means visit a little Caesars especially this location. Honestly I’d give them a -5 star review but since that’s not an option, I had to go with one star. So again, if you’re bored, do you want to be judge profile eat the famous five dollar value, cardboard, pizza, nasty, burnt breadsticks, and deal with “woke “ People with an attitude of wide back and no neck. Completely dysfunctional service. Went into little Caesars at this location to get crazy bread early afternoon on Friday July 25th. I was the only one in the store front. When I first walked in I saw no one for quite some time but heard goofing off in the back of kitchen. After a long while, a younger African American male came around the corner and was doing some weird kind of twerking and made a grunt, which I assumed was a prompt to take my order. This individual had very good eye contact while he was bobbing his head with his mouth half open doing his twerking and presented No greeting and absolutely no verbal communication. After I made my order he did not show any indication that he heard a word I said and walked back to the back of the kitchen again. If I wasn't starving I would have just went somewhere else. I managed to wait long enough I guess to where he figured he had to fill my order and upon giving me my change for my order he stood for a long while with my change in his hand maintaining good eye contact while doing his mouth Half open head bobbing twerking thing with absolutely no verbal communication. I began to wonder if he was ever going to complete the transaction and give me my change for the order. If this individual is not severely mentally challenged, he may need extensive training or replaced with somebody more professional. This is the second time I've been in there and it was almost identical events, employee, and conduct during each visit. I will never step foot in that...

This used to be our favorite location for good quality pizza. A year ago I gave 5 star review. Not anymore; 1 star rating now....Very disappointing experience tonight!!! Called restaurant after got home to discuss our concerns. No apology, no offer to replace food on another visit. Young man I spoke to said he was "a manager". Asked if they were under new mgmt, or had new cooks, looking for some plausible explanation for why food quality has declined so much recently. Was told "not exactly but corporate is making it harder for us to do our jobs". Not sure what that means....(!?!) We Ordered a Lg Thin Crust pizza, Italian Cheese Bread and Herb crazy puffs w/sauce-Our "standard order". EVERYTHING was overcooked!!( see pictures) The ICB and Puffs looked scant on cheese, and somewhat burned/overdone. The crazy puffs looked disgusting, I'm sorry to say. The thin crust pizza was overcooked and didn't look "fresh", although when we went to pick up the order, we had to wait on it to come out of the oven. I just didn't get the feeling this manager really cared that our order was less than Little Ceasar's quality...
