We’ve been regular customers at this Dollar Tree location, shopping here about three times a week, but after today, we’ll never return. While searching for an item that the store used to carry, we approached the manager (a rather husky woman with glasses and her brownish hair in a ponytail) to ask if they still had it. She was sitting on the floor in what can only be described as a "yoga" position and showed zero interest in helping us. When we mentioned that the item was previously available, she cut us off with a snappy remark and turned her attention to one of her employees, completely dismissing our question.
It was clear that she had no interest in resolving our inquiry or even treating us with basic respect. The store’s morale has hit rock bottom since this person took over as manager, and the customer service is nonexistent. To make matters worse, the exterior of the store is in poor condition, which now matches the terrible attitude inside.
We ended up leaving our basket of items on a shelf and walked out of the store for the last time. It's sad that one employee’s poor attitude can ruin an entire experience, but that’s exactly what happened. If Dollar Tree doesn’t care about its customers enough to hire better staff, then we see no reason to ever shop there again.
As for any reviews claiming the store to be well stocked, that hasn't been the case for months. Since this manager has taken over, this Dollar Tree location is a poor excuse for a retail store.
The people of the area would be better served if this Dollar Tree location...

This store represents the epitome of Dollar Tree's growing reputation of being a sad excuse for a retailer. It's poorly stocked, including a freezer case that is 90 percent empty. When it's time to checkout your items, you have to ring the little pink bell at the register because Dollar Tree has a problem with a cashier being available at all times, since its employees are required to work three jobs - unload the trucks, stock the aisles, and work the registers. When you do ring the bell, you wake up this grizzly looking dude with long hair covering his face who looks like he's been living under a bridge. For every one of your items that he picks up with his greasy hands, he pushes his hair back out of his face. Disgusting. The Dollar Tree treats its employees like trash so that is ultimately all...
