We had a major leak in our house with lots of floor damage. I hired A&J Remodeling LLC to come in and make repairs for us. Since we had to replace the floors in the bathroom (the toilet & tub was sunk into the floor), we went ahead and replaced the floors in all the common areas (livingroom, dining room hallway and kitchen) and he repaired a few other areas of the house as well including tearing down a building that we have tried to have taken down for 5 years. I don't live in this house so Nazario would send me pictures of his progress, which is FANTASTIC. As he sent pictures, he found mold underneath the water damaged area and he treated that. He would call me with questions and I could call him with questions. Great working relationship. The neighbor said they would arrive at 6a and not leave until 8-9p and that they were very hard workers. He replaced subflooring, removed a bar that was just in the way, repaired the wall, put down new flooring, replaced 2 toilets, a large vanity and a Tub/Shower unit, tore down a building and made some other minor repairs throughout the house. All done in less time than he quoted us. I can't sing Nazario's praises enough. We will 200% use A&J Remodeling for all our future needs!!! If I could give him 10...

Used A&J for the first time last week and had fantastic results. Nazario and his guys were very helpful and take a lot of pride in what they do. From porch repair, replacing a screen door and the frame, tile replacement in our kitchen, repair of some minor water damage and and repair to some wooden bannisters on a different porch all aspects were completed in a timely manor and all the work is 1st quality as my wife and I see it. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. In fact, they are going to quote another job for us next week. We feel very fortunate to have found them and will continue to use them as needed. Nazario also put me in contact with others who could do some things that his crew doesn't do. My husband called many plumbers to come out to fix a leaky valve on our toilet. No one could get us scheduled, or worse, we never even received a return call at all. When he called A&J Remodeling, they scheduled us for the very next day! The contractor came out, arrived on time, did a great job and fixed the issue, all at a great price! He did a fantastic job, he was pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable!! He was even able to provide us referrals for someone to build us a garage, and pave a driveway. Both people he referred, immediately returned the phone calls and provided an excellent price! We will definitely call A & J Remodeling for all of our future projects and repairs!
