Co Thuy and the ladies at Ngoc Quang really helped make the whole ring buying process easy and honestly fun. They helped my fiancé pick out a ring that fit my style perfect.

Extremely upfront about prices, and easily the cheapest in all of Phuoc loc tho. We went to almost all the other stores and they weren't even close to what Ngoc Quang was asking for.

Customer service is amazing, they really take the time to make sure you're happy with what your looking for, and know how to recommend things based off your preference.

I also had to get my ring resized, they did it the day of in probably under 30 minutes and you couldn't even tell. They also make sure to test the ring in front of me to put aside any unease, I didn't even have to ask them.

Horrible customer service, the lady behind the counter wanted to give me a stack of 20s for some gold I wanted to sell. I requested 100s and she said I was the first one to "complain". She said her customers were good with taking 5 bills for $10k+ worth. I'm not saving your lazy ass a trip to the bank while I hold a stack of loose change around. Requesting 100s is standard practice. She ended up changing her mind and didn't want to buy in the gold anymore, I was already planning to walk out after they cleaned and checked the gold. I bought the rings for my mom birthday over $2000, when I give for my mom and someone told my mom that rings not good quality. And I come back store I told I want sell that ring but they don’t buy it , I ask them why not ? They said if they buy back very cheap about 6 or 700 , they tell me keep it because they don’t want buy any jewelry after they sold it. WTH I don’t understand why, they sell for my not the real one ? ??? I still keep that rings until now, I put on review because I don’t want anybody look like me .
