I will start off with my arrival. The little store is very disorganized I was greeted. I was told have a seat. She took about 10 minutes trying to find the computer that I was there for comes to find out that the computer that I was originally therefore did not have any Wi-Fi to top it off she took about seven minutes trying to turn the computer on so then I was skeptical about purchasing it so then I said OK let’s do a smaller tower with Wi-Fi and what I really wanted was the adapter or insertion for the type C So then she had $200 I said OK 200 that’s fine. She had initially offered 220 and I said no I only have 200. Another gentleman came in. He started giving his input. I feel that she lost the sale because of him because she had already agreed at 200 when she plugged it in again, took a little bit of time plugging it and turning it on for some reason I feel like the plugs or the connections are not the best Because they were struggling turning the items on so when she turn it on, she saw it was seven she said no 220 and I said no I can do 2:20. You had already said 200. So then she said no do your research people pay what you’re gonna get and it’s better to find Decent stuff that is working versus cheap stuff that is not. I ended up leaving. I give it one star for the customer service. I give it one star for the quality of the items. I give it one star for wasting my time and not to the 200 when she had...
Read moreThis is my honest review: The customer service was nice DESPITE the language barrier!!! Tried their best on busy days when customers were lining up. The seller tries to fulfill customer’s requests as discreetly yet as carefully as she can. Yes, there might be times when mistakes happen but we are all humans. Some people lowballs, some don’t. Gets straight to the point. Working alone in a computer store is no easy feat, especially when dealing with high-demand customers.
Always be prepared for a lot of customers on some days depending on the time of day, so it’s a bit of a hassle.
Seller actually listens to whatever you say and gives small comments or responses like nodding and saying “yes” since again, language barrier.
The store is a bit messy in some’s perspective but it’s a SMALL store that tries to meet your demand for whichever electronics you need. I can’t imagine the effort just to bring all of that up though.
There were some times seller even abandons her breakfast and lunch time just to sell to customers…
I saw many customers who established on good terms with the seller and left with a happy expression on their faces, I hope you can be that customer one...
