Customer Service From Hell
I spent 30 min being put on hold, being disconnected while on hold, calling back due to having been disconnected, all i wanted to do was ask a question regarding paint and color matching... the guy in the paint dept with the heavy phillipinlo accent, just flat out doesnt answer the phone.. apparantly mixing paint and helping a customer on the phone is beyond what he is capable of doing. I askd the phillipino accented guy tp speak with the store manager then he promptly put me on hold and app 10 seconds later the line was disconnected.. Anybody in there right mind would of allready givin up by now but i decided to call back one last time.. after all I allready had about 40 min invested into this nightmarish customer service problem. After being put on hold for another 10 min i get through to dennis the assistant manager and I took a deep breath and calmly explained to him what was going on so his response to this was he said "well what exactly is it that you want?" I replied havnt you been listening to anything I said? so as you can see why, i was very frustarted at this point so i asked what the store managers name was I was only giving a first name Brandon getting brandons last name was not an option.    Read moreSo this case is unusual. I was looking for a same-day pickup small air purifier and this Home Depot location had the only one I could find at the right price point. Their website lists this in stock: LEVOIT VortexAir 178 sq. ft. HEPA - Type Tabletop HEPA Air Purifier in Grey, ($49.98) but the actual product on the shelf is: LEVOIT Core Mini-P Air Purifier. (Non-HEPA, 108 sq ft- $49.98). Same SKU#. I asked an employee to scan it to verify- she scanned the Core Mini box and it pulled up the Vortex Air??? How 2 different models in differing quality classes have the same SKU is pretty suspect- especially when the lower quality product is shelved under the wrong item tag yet still sold for that tag's price. They sell 1 other LEVOIT model in store- 220 sq. HEPA for $99. Besides the SKU mishap, loose math would put the Core Mini at around $30. The 3 sales reps that gathered around me seemed understandably confused and obviously couldn't offer much of an explanation. They also didn't offer to adjust the price accordingly or help in any way. I relocated to the area a few weeks ago and the airbnb I'm staying at has some sort of airborne pathogen issue so I needed a purifier on the spot. Was forced to pay the extra money but will shop elsewhere...

There are many problems happening to you if renting truck here. They steal your gas money by cheating the gas level!!!they donât check it and put whatever lying on paper.You found it and they open their mouth saying sorry to the mistake of gas level,give you the credit store and they would charge u not filling out the gas on tomorrow (specially men on wheelchair) The employee at counter working with their head going somewhere .I return the key on right time,but they donât check out me at that time . I ask store assistant manager to solve out problem and check the camera but her attitude is bossy and contemptuous ,saying simply canât fix the system and give u the off coupon what I could do and no refund.
